Voyagers waka

This is my sketching of a waka because we re learning about voyagers.

I enjoyed sketching and shading also how my waka turned out.

Next time I could draw my waka a bit bigger so I will take up most of my page. 

Horse Riding

My slide is a Horse riding report.

I learnt the risk of riding horses.

Next time I need to add a bit more stuff to my slide to make it better.

My comic

 

This is my comic about a play called the Kuia and the Spider.

I liked how the play was funny and not just like the book.

Next time I could add a bit more color to my comic.

Matariki

This is my Matariki star. I learnt that this stars name is Hiwaiterangi and that its a wishing star. 
Next time I could do better is concentrate better and use a bit more colors.
  

Food for thought

FOOD FOR THOUGHT!!

We have been learning about food for thought.

I also learnt that you have to have less than 10g of sugar so you should look under the column of the 100g label.

Next time we could let our whole team have a turn at putting the sugar into the cup. 

Drawing from buddy book

This is mine and my buddy's drawing from buddy book.

I learnt that my buddy is good at coloring in.

Next time I could add more detail in the background and give Mr House a body.

Poem writing

What is the ocean?
Blue swaying water,
a place for sea animals.
Waves crashing sounding like thunder,
water tasting like salt.
Glowing like crystals deep in the ocean.
That's an ocean 

Nature 
Nature is the best.
It smells like flowers outside.
Birds tweeting outside.

I learnt that on the first sentence of a haiku it is five syllables ,then on the second it is seven, then the last one is five.
